The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. For this reason, we allow unworn items to be returned within a period of 30 days (instead of the 14 days prescribed by the European Union) for online orders.

You therefore have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes delivery of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by letter or e-mail before the end of the withdrawal period.

In the event of revocation, we will refund your payments, including the standard delivery costs, within fourteen days of the declaration of revocation free of charge using the means of payment you used. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at support@grizzlysox.com.

The prerequisite for this is the unused and resalable condition of the items. If this condition is not met, we reserve the right to withhold the refund of the purchase price if necessary. We may also withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the declaration of withdrawal.

We will bear the costs of the return shipment within Austria and Germany if we provide a return label. If we do not provide a return label, the costs shall be borne by the customer. Unpaid returns (shipments without postage) will not be accepted. The returned goods must be unused. If the goods have been used, we will deduct the loss in value from the purchase price to be refunded.
